My battery and alternator went down in front of my house and Tito (the mechanic) came to my house and attached his own booster to my dead battery to allow me to follow him back to the shop, where he did an Outstanding job on replacing my dead battery and alternator in a timely manner and got me back on the road. “I moved to the neighborhood a little more than a year ago so I didn’t have someone I trusted to help work on my vehicle when the transmission starting slipping out of nowhere. Another professional mechanic who didn’t do transmissions - told me to go see Allstate Transmissions because he said they were ‘great’. I looked at the reviews and saw how good they were and that they were friendly and helped look out to save money for their customers. I called and spoke with Gennady who told me to bring it in. I arrived at the garage where a group of mechanics had their heads down and were working on other vehicles. He immediately had someone run diagnostics on it and found 2 issues - said to leave it overnight. Next morning @ 10am he called and said it was good to go…price was ridiculously fair and I immediately drove it 9 hours south to North Carolina…rode like it was new. I will NEVER go anywhere else! I was dealing with a frustrating electrical issue with my Honda that other places couldn’t seem to figure out, but Joe really stepped in and got to the root of the problem. “I'm glad I did not listen to the negative reviews. The shop owner and his employees took great care of me. I have a Ford E350 van. I work on it myself and I broke the OSS sensor and the retaining bolt was stripped. As soon as I brought it there one of the employees came out with his tools, and tried to remove it. That's a very good work ethic, and very helpful. It was a fruitless task and I knew it was, so I left it for them to work on. They had to replace and put in a new tail housing put the new sensor on it. It was done for a very fair and reasonable price. I also needed a new PCM, ( I did not know it was bad, the owner found out it had issues ) and the owner took a lot of his own time to find me one online. They normally go for over $500, he found me one on Long Island for $200. I went and picked it up and brought it back the next day and they installed it very quickly. The employees are hard-working and knowledgeable, and the owner really knows what he's doing, and I see that he really takes care of his employees. He gave me a break on the price and I gave his employees a nice tip, they deserved it. All around it was a really positive experience, they helped me out tremendously, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop, and I'm really glad I went there and got my work done there. They were very nice with me and I was very happy with the work they did. The owner's from Greece and he's been in the country for 40 years, and from the comments so I guess he had the shop for at least 30 years. Tons of experience. Don't be afraid to go there, they know what to do and then they got the work done with no drama, and they're very fairly priced. I'm kind of mad I almost didn't go because of the bad reviews. I guess some people go in with a shitty combative self-righteous and entitled attitude. Professional service. First-class operation. Happy customer.”

He helped me when he didn’t have to, but, obviously, if you have trusted mechanics somewhere else go for them. But if you don’t, then I recommend this shop to anybody they were easy to talk in my view. P.S. (Photos) Attached are references to the problem I had with my car (2011 Mercedes Benz e350).
