My car is running great now. Ali is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. I was tired of bringing my car to the dealership with unnecessary repairs and high prices. Ali’s prices are great and he waived the labor fee for some of my services. “Sal is one of the few truly honest mechanics left, and his prices are very fair. I came to him after another shop told me I needed a rebuilt transmission. Sal took a look and quickly found that it was just a leak causing the slipping. He literally saved me $4,500.

“Hands down the best auto/body shop in all of new york, if i could give this place an even higher review I would, if you've ever dealt with a collision you know the process can be very frustrating and finding the perfect mechanic is very hard nowdays. When i found this place i knew that they would have me as a customer for life ive been going to this place for about 2 years now and i have to say that Mike is the most experienced most trustworthy mechanic i know. He specializes in german cars and is an expert at what he does. As you can see below i had very heavy front right damage which required a lot of work, Mike and his entire team were very professional and a very fast turnaround. When i picked up my car it looked better then when it left Germany. All the panels were perfectly aligned and the accident was unnoticeable. If you need a trustworthy mechanic with very reasonable prices who can do almost anything, this is the place.”

Some auto repair shops in Long Island charge nearly twice as much *( $3000 and up),* but LIC gave me a great price. *($1600)* They were also incredibly fast—my business car was ready in less than a day, which made me so happy. His prices are ALWAYS the best and my car is always running better after leaving him. I've done body work, tire work, engine work, electrical work, and even detailing. He does it all. Oh and replaced and painted my bumper at a fraction of what other places were charging. His team is very professional and fair. Most places see a girl coming and up the prices on everything. “had an excellent experience at 1811 Auto Repair and can’t recommend them enough. I was dealing with a frustrating electrical issue with my Honda that other places couldn’t seem to figure out, but Joe really stepped in and got to the root of the problem. You can tell right away that he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.
Instead of guessing or trying quick fixes, Joe took the time to properly diagnose the issue and walked me through exactly what was going on. I really appreciated how patient and transparent he was—he made sure I understood the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. That level of honesty is hard to find these days.

Throughout the process Mo was extremely helpful and useful regarding knowledge of transmission, mileage, and pricing.
He helped me when he didn’t have to, but, obviously, if you have trusted mechanics somewhere else go for them.
But if you don’t, then I recommend this shop to anybody they were easy to talk in my view.
