“Lucky Trade Mechanics was easy to find, if a bit of a walk from the subway. The app on the other hand was a disaster. Didn't actually secure reservation (said it did) as was customer service (which did the same--said I had a reservation when I didn't). Had to go to Lucky Trade because of the app didn't work properly instead of nearby location and almost lost reservation at Lucky Trade despite talking to customer service (which said, yes I had a reservation when I questioned it after my app problem). Not a good look and made life harder--something no one wants when you are moving.”
“The guy who owns this business is very kind and professional. I am sorry that I don't know his name. He let me drop off my ups package here since I had a UPS label. I also picked up my package and bought stamps here another time. I asked if he had business cards, but he didn't so I am leaving this review. There are multiple services available here. I even left my U-haul truck when I moved to this neighborhood almost 10 years ago. Hope you have a wonderful experience just like I did. This is a very close location.
