U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer is a convenient location inside a gas station that offers a variety of moving equipment. Customers often find the trucks, vans, and dollies to be new and clean, with no extra charges or issues during rental. The staff is generally friendly, professional, and attentive, providing excellent service. The location is open 24 hours, though the dispatcher may seem a bit rude at times, likely due to its Brooklyn setting. Some customers noted that not all packing supplies are available, which can be a little inconvenient. Overall, many customers have positive experiences, appreciating the cleanliness, honesty, and helpfulness of the staff, making it a recommended choice for moving needs.
The process was very smooth. I made a reservation the night before for a van. I checked in/out through the app which makes you take photos of the vehicle, gas, miles.

Pickup was fine. Drop off was a different story. I returned van full like I received it. (Pictures to prove) tried showing the guy. He couldn’t care less. He charged me $71 for refueling. Guy was horrible.
