“The wait time is long which is why I couldn’t do five starts, but service from Tracy is definitely 5 stars! Even though she was under a lot of pressure with the line she helped me think about using a different packaging that brought down my shipping cost quite a bit. So much appreciated that moment.”

“This is my favorite USPS location to drop off my packages. I usually go there once a week with prepaid box ready to go and they’re very friendly and service is quick. Probably less than 30 seconds with no line. There’s rarely a line unless the customer is unsure what they want to do.”
“NYC post offices can really be hit or miss and this one is the best one I've experienced so far. Advice I would give is don't show up 15 minutes before closing time or expect a line and testy customers and staff. If you go early in the day you can walk right up to a window. They are efficient and get the job done and are friendly if you have your business together and don't waste their and other people's time if you don't.”
“This very nice employee Mrs Arnold LEADSSA, very sweet and caring. My appointment was at 10:30 but when I arrived at 10 she took me in and I got my stuff done easily and left by 10:30! I really appreciate you! She’s very friendly too!”
“It's a Post Office, the rest is pretty much self explanatory... The only thing is, visitors must check in advance their busy hours and try to avoid them. Other than that, not much to add”

“I visit this USPS location quite often, and I always leave with a positive impression. Even when there is a long line, it moves pretty fast. This is a small post office, and I think if someone expects faster service, they might want to visit a larger location with more service windows.
The staff at the counters are always polite, patient, and do their best to help each customer without rushing or showing frustration. I’m honestly sad to see that some people have had a negative experience here — my personal experience has been consistently positive.
The only thing I would suggest is updating the interior and keeping the space cleaner. A fresh renovation would create a much nicer atmosphere for both customers and employees.

“Great experience getting a passport for my daughter. We had an appointment, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. We also needed a money order, which they processed on the spot without any issues. The staff was very friendly, and the whole experience was quick and stress-free.”

Even after he was horribly berated, demeaned and physically threatened by the customer who preceded us in line. All because the worker told him he could only process one carton - to be shipped - at a time. I felt very lucky that there are still people like that post office employee around.”

A package got redirected to this zip code/post office for some reason and kept bouncing between here and my home zip.
The manager was able to intercept it after a few days and I carried it away.
Super helpful, just be a little patient and have some helpful info for them. Some people here were remarkably rude.”
