Very poor The wait time is unbelievable there is never any staff. This is really unacceptable. We can surely do better than this.

My visit for a passport was awesome. I had no issues. The ladies were pleasant and extremely helpful. Great job, Civil Servants! Thank you for all you do.

The worst service by unhappy and old and worthless staff behind the window. I had to add a staR TO LEAVE A COMMENT BUT THIS PLACE GETS NO RATING IT'S SO AWFUL..
