This USPS location at 344 Avenue U in Brooklyn is a convenient and generally well-regarded post office. It offers services such as mail and package delivery, with USPS managing over 30,000 retail locations nationwide. The staff at this branch are often described as nice, friendly, and willing to help, especially during busy times. Many reviewers highlight the quick and efficient service, particularly for passport applications, with some reports of completing multiple passports in about 10 minutes. The employees are diligent and fast, making the process smooth without unnecessary fuss. The staff also assist with issues like overseas shipments and paperwork, often at no extra charge. While the location is praised for its helpfulness and speed, some drawbacks are noted. The post office can get quite stuffy, especially during summer, as there is no air conditioning. Overall, this branch is seen as one of the better USPS locations in the area, offering reliable, fast service and helpful staff, making it a preferred choice for many customers.
Ok service which is expected from a government facility.

The entrance of this post office keeps leaking on rainy days, and it will get your clothes wet when you go in. The staffs are rude and unprofessional and won't help you solve any problems.

All of the staff here are so rude. Especially the albino lady. I don’t know why all my mail gets sent here. I wish I could change it. Go to a different usps, this one has no good customer service.
