“Mike is amazing! I woke up to a flat tire and just happen to live around the corner. I called at I swear 8:01am and Mike had me bring my car in within 10 minutes of them opening and I had my car back within 2 hours AND they fixed a bad sensor. Prior to the tire being flat my car was shaking like a polaroid picture so I'm not sure if they did an alignment(I wasn't charged for one) but my car doesn't shake any more either!”

“I would give Khach (Pronounced "Cash") and his business 6/5 stars if I could, and that is not something I say lightly. The team was very friendly to me as a newcomer and worked with me to find a solution in my budget for a car with extensive damage. They were able to fit us in quickly and finished two days ahead of schedule at nine days of repair time. Fast repair!I had questions about some of the items in the quote and the team was able to answer them in a way I understood. There was, in fact, one standard item that should have been damaged but wasn't and Khach and his team took the time to re-examine on request and agreed to take it off the preliminary and re-evaluate once the car was more taken-apart.Lastly, Mike drove to our apartment and picked us up when it was time to retrieve the car, which was above and beyond!As far as quality of repair... it's been five days of *very* smooth sailing so far :- ) Also, not sure if the team vacuumed the car but it smelled REALLY fresh when we picked it up. I should also mention the team did a good job blending the colors - I can't tell the difference. There is some white sediment on the door that was blended but I was able to pick some of it off with my thumbnail so it will probably come off after a proper wash.If you're reading this and wondering if the repairs held up and the sediment washed off... they probably did! Otherwise I would have updated this review :-D This is the place to go.”
“I took my car to Berdar's after recommendations from several friends who all agreed that Berdar's is consistently honest with good service. This was my experience as well. I thought I knew what the problem was with my car and they could have charged me through the nose to "fix it". Instead, I got an honest, cheaper fix and a lot less stress in my life. They not only took care of the damage done to my vehicle by someone else, they also took care of other minor scrapes and dings that were not part of the original damage. “I never write reviews but this was one of the best mechanic shops I have ever been to without feeling getting screwed over. Everything was transparent. The pricing was good. Staff (probably shop owner) was super nice. Plus their office was very interesting, clean and authentic and not the typical greasy oily mechanic shop. A quote that I saw in their office and probably will never forget was “You can have it Good and Fast, but it won't be Cheap. Law #2: You can have it Good and Cheap, but it won't be Fast. Law #3: You can have it Cheap and Fast, but it won't be Good.””
“I needed to have a used car I was thinking about buying evaluated and repaired. My previous mechanic had retired and I called J & D based on Google Reviews. Even though they were booked up, I was told to drop the car off and they'd look at it when they had some spare time. They called me the same day with the list of what the car needed and reasons Not to buy it! They could have made thousands but were honest on why I shouldn't repair it anywhere. They didn't even charge me for their time!Honest, Good, Independent Car Shops are sadly a dying breed. I am so grateful there's still this one.”

“If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, Red Mill Auto Collision is for you! Unfortunately, I had an accident and needed to repair my vehicle. Our car was submitted on Nov 2023 and checked out Feb 2024. I know I can't believe it still! I mean, can you? Red Mill Auto took our car, not expecting it either. However, that did not stop them from doing an excellent job with our vehicle. They were patient, kept us as calm as we could be, they kept us abreast with every necessary communication. Most importantly, they were so kind and understanding of our situation. It's almost like we became family and bonded through this hard time. The parts needed from the company were on backorder, and they could not do much other than wait. “I started being a customer here for my winter/summer tire swap since the Firestone across the river wanted to screw me over for a mistake that they more than likely made on my tire pressure sensors. This place charged me several times less than what Firestone (same place mentioned before) was happy to charge me for the equivalent job (I mean to have my tires swapped between my winter and summer tires and vise versa).”

“Happened to pull in here because I had a flat and was completely blown away by their customer service. The guy that works the front, I wish I got his name because he was great. Had them put my spare tire on so I could quickly make it to my children's doctors appointment down the road on time and fixed my tire while I was gone. I came right back after the appointment and he fixed my tire, free of charge!! I couldn't believe it. Best experience with a garage that I've ever had. Will definitely be back in the future.”
