I did so and sure enough, I was given hope and told amount of what it would cost, how long (estimately) and I said deal. I was scheduled to have My vehicle there this Morning and sure enough, a lil bit longer then what was told (Shit Happens) but the Job was done and completed and the Price did not change. Thankfully Midas got my rotors, rear calipers, brake pads, and a control arm all done in a few hours today (earlier than I expected). Logan was solid with informing me what I needed and I felt confident I wasnt being pushed to buying extra. 10/10 on service and communication. Really appreciated them making this an easy experience cause its already painful enough to have car problems. Thanks to Logan and the mechanics, really great work.”

Woke up to a tire sensor issue on my Abarth that has track mods / tires—called cold, and even though the shop was booked two weeks out, he had me in the bay within 10 minutes from first point of contact. Recalibrated all four tires, shared some Italian-car wisdom, and had me rolling again. Shops that take pride, deliver top service, and shoot straight are unicorns. Mark and his crew earn five stars, no question!”

“I had a great experience at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center on River Street in Troy. I dropped my car off right when they opened at 7:30 to have four snow tires put on (which I bought elsewhere and brought in), and I was helped immediately. My car went right in, and the whole process was quick and smooth.
What really stood out was the customer service. They were straightforward and no pressure at all. I never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Prices were right, the staff was honest, and the overall experience couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!”

“It was 20 years ago when I first time brought my car to Capitol Mechanics after in some other places the problem was not resolved. Since that time Capitol Mechanics is the only shop, which I use for car repairs and maintenance. Mike and Tina never push me to do some unnecessary work; on the other hand, they do all necessary maintenance that allows me to keep my cars in good condition for more than 10 years. Their business works with cars of all possible models and years – in their garage I saw Rolls-Royce from 60-s and Mustangs from 70-s.
