Woke up to a tire sensor issue on my Abarth that has track mods / tires—called cold, and even though the shop was booked two weeks out, he had me in the bay within 10 minutes from first point of contact. Recalibrated all four tires, shared some Italian-car wisdom, and had me rolling again. Shops that take pride, deliver top service, and shoot straight are unicorns. “Summary:In terms of quality work, they do a terrific job. But from my own experience, I wouldn't go back to them if I needed a job to be done at a timely fashion. (For More Detail, Read Bellow) Issue I had: I went to them because I had a broken mirror and two of my passengers doors that had dents and crashes; with an additional issue with my passenger door not opening Price: Their pricing is a bit on the steep end of things, so if you're paying out of pocket, get ready to pay a big amount I'm terms of Job Getting Done:They fixed everything I enlisted for to be fixed with no issue Employees:Very helpful and were apologetic of the extra time that they took Overall:The only issue I had was that I was given a time frame of when the job would be done ( which was two weeks) and it was stretch for an additional week; it would have possible stretch further if I was not persistent on calling them. Other than that, the work they did was great and I thank them for it.”

I’ll start by saying that, as a female, I absolutely dread coming to body shops out of fear my lack of knowledge in the area will be taken advantage of. That wasn’t the case here.
They provide discounts as well as cash-pay discounts for those paying out of pocket and gave me a quote over FIFTY PERCENT LOWER than 3 other highly rated, family owned shops in Latham!
Khach and his team were extremely attentive, transparent, and consistently provided updates throughout the process. In the end they put out good, honest, reasonably priced work and my car was done in less than two weeks looking better than it did before the collision.
I’m incredibly thankful that I decided to get one more quote and stumbled upon Troy’s Best. Should I ever need repair services again I would absolutely return!”
