“I cannot stress how lovely this place is!!! Their cooked fresh food is awesome, and it was nice that they provided samples. Fairly priced too in my opinion (I believe it's 11 or 12 dollars flat rate to fill a takeout container 12-13" in diameter). Their selection of ingredients and snacks to buy is pretty good too considering that it's small.
Once my mom and I went there and she asked if they had Soan Papdi, and they didn't, but offered to order some for us. Next time we came in a week or two later, they had it! I think that is next level, and super sweet that they would do that.
The couple who own the place are such kind people, and it's always a pleasure to talk to them. So, not only is it a great and rare spot to find Indian groceries/food, but it is a business I want to support!”

“The best produce you will find in Ossining besides other places, meat for BBQ, seafood downstairs to prepare a delicious meal, vegetables are the best here, just I don't recommend to buy here plates, juices, milk, etc, because of the high price, I personal come here only for vegetables, meat, seafood, the best in this 3 things.”

“I shop here daily, the prices are good, either the same price as most other grocery stores or less. The staff is kind and friendly, but the produce could be better in terms of fruits and vegetables as sometimes they are either moldy or mushy. Overall it is a good store to shop for goods and necessities.”
“Very nice place. Great Job on the latest renovations. Simply because of renovations they had closed but it was worth it the interior looks great. The variety is unlimited and they have all the groceries and beverages that you could ask for. Also in the summertime they had a soft ice cream machine up and running which was very good. “This has a big variety of Hispanic foods. Very easy to get in and out. They have a hot deli but I've never used it. Nice produce! The ice cream freezers have sometimes had a problem of freezer burn or melting and refreezing. Check your products. My ice cream sandwiches were quite obviously thawed and refrozen. Surprisingly a lot of products for a small store. Always clean and well-stocked. Good prices.”

“As some others have mentioned, the store has an excellent produce section!! Always fresh and a wonderful selection!! My experience with the cashiers has been excellent as they have been friendly and helpful with packing my purchases. I have other choices in the area but if what I want is available at Sav-a-Lot, that's where I buy it. Always a good shopping experience.”

“Had to share this latest discovery - if you prefer to buy coffee beans for the freshness and taste, but do not own a grinder, you can have the beans ground in the bakery area before purchasing, at no extra cost! Not to mention the cleanliness of the store, delicious and fresh produce, snack foods, bakery, and selection of meats... so lucky to have DeCiccos in the neighborhood!”

“Why are all Trader Joe’s parking lots so small? It’s always busy but that being said I do think the employees are super helpful and the people in our neighborhood are nice so it’s never a huge issue. We go every other week for their tortillas and to stock up on a few frozen meals as needed. The seasonal sweets are a favorite as well.”
