Just had my car towed. I was told they would be there in 15 min and they were there in 15 min.
Driver was super friendly. No complaints.

If you want to know what is scheme this shop will define in perfect. My car was towed not even 24 hours and came to pick up with police release form they charge $190 for towed , $80 for winch out for no reason it was on road and tow driver did not neutral it. And cleaning fluid for no reason that fluid was all empty on road and they charge cleaning for another $100.they added all charge only because we denied to fix our car in their workshop. Glad i towed my car back to my trusted mechanic paying $90 with cheap buffalo towed company.& the tow driver Chris has build in attitude .

The worst towing company ever. Waiting 3plus hours for them to come is insane. Please don’t use them if you are using your road side service!!! I do not recommend them

After bringing my 02 VW Eurovan to three other local shops for a mysterious fluid leak, (all refused to attempt to work on it) I was advised by an employee of O'Reilly's to bring it to Brown's because their mechanics are much better than most, he said.
They did a dye test and told me to drive it around and bring it back in a week which I did. The problem was a leak in the transmission which they promptly repaired and sent me on my way. It now glides from one gear to the next like a new transmission. I realize it's a 23 year old vehicle and most shops would rather not get involved for one reason or another; not this shop. Highly recommended.

Went to this location for brakes the mechanic I spoke with advised me it would be around 800$ once the diagnostic was done work came out to around 1200. The brake work was amazing no issues at all, but once I drove my car off the lot I felt wobbling and shaking. I DO NOT know anything about cars, so I assumed it was just the wheel baring I was told needed work. Additionally my interior lights no longer worked after this shop touched my car. Then, 2 weeks after servicing my car here I took my car somewhere else to replace tires where I was then advised my LUG NUTS were not properly secured and he asked where I got the work done prior, I was appalled to find out about this error( I don’t believe it was on purpose). I just spoke with a supervisor here to advise them of their error because this is so serious I could have lost my life. Instead I spoke with a supervisor who did nothing but gaslight me into believing that I was wrong for going somewhere else when I said multiple times I didn’t return my car here because I had trust for this shop and never would expect wrong doing. I also told him several times “I don’t know about cars, and that I went in for new tires” which is when I was advised my lug nuts were not on and I had a missing fuse in my fuse box, only called this company to let them know but yet I don’t believe the supervisor will pass on the message so BEWARE this shop doesn’t not have anything in place to ensure their work was done properly he said they test drove my car and there was nothing wrong…mind u my wheel was wobbling the whole time. Overall I like safety and affordability so if u choose this as ur towing company get it towed to a different mechanic.

If Frank Brown Towing is the third party roadside service that comes up…. Call for an immediate change to another tow company. They have no problem leaving you in dangerous situations waiting for a tow and telling you “15-30 min”… the driver is on its way. I waited for 2.5 hrs on the side of a dangerous highway before they ended up cancelling the request. They never should have accepted the request if they didn’t have a driver available. First Class Towing ended up saving the day!!! Shame on you Frank Brown Towing. I hope you don’t ever find youself in a similar situation.

The guys at Frank Browns did a great job diagnosing and communicating my vehicle. Furthermore they did amazing work which was done promptly and the vehicle was returned quickly. Good work at a good price.
