  This was my first time going to budget and it was great I ran into some confusion on what vehicles I should take out of town but with the help of Frank \\u0026 the other gentleman that was there they got me into something I love \\u0026 I will be back for my next rental !!!

  Horrible customer service the elderly man needs to retire the young lady in there she just needs to check her attitude you cannot work with the public and be nasty like these two people at that counter just nasty they need to be retrained
