“HOT TOPIC -WALDEN GALLERIA Is one of a kind, not only are the staff accommodating and kind, they're honest and show integrity, how do I know something like that? Well simply looking at how they handle there Funkos is a huge indicator in their integrity, most stores receive there funkos and instantly look for the Chases, they then proceed to either Mark these funkos up by about $50.00 depending on which one it is, or the staff will put it on hold for themselves, never giving the customer a chance to recieve a Chase in store, I've gotten quite a few Chases from here, they are genuinely happy for the customer when that customer finds that Chase. Unfortunately there aren't many places left that hold true to how the Chase System is supposed to work. Hot Topic serves as a role model for other Funko Retailers. Here's one I got at 11:30am in Hot Topic. They're open at 10am so I couldn't believe it.”

“I don't normally write reviews (and this one is a little late) but I wanted to share my experience with the extraordinary customer service I received. I was a Last Minute Annie and went in days before Christmas to place my order. I brought in the garments I wanted done (very close to closing time no less) and explained the matching daddy - daughter shirts I wanted for my son and 4 month old granddaughter. She was pleasant, showed me the design she had, and the whole interaction took minutes at best. Fast forward to a few days after Christmas. Before wearing, my son washed the his shirt (inside out, on cold and line dried it) and the designed washed out. There was no color left. It was basically a white blob on the front of his shirt. I emailed the store, included pictures and asked if there was anything they could do. They responded promptly, apologized, asked me to bring the items in and we reviewed them together. I explained that my son was afraid of ruining his daughter's onesie so he didn't wash it after he saw what happened to his shirt. They asked if they could have both items and keep them a while for testing. They explained they would replace the items I brought in, redo them and run some tests. They redid the t-shirt, washed both the shirt and the onesie repeatedly on different temperature settings and put them in the dryer before calling me to tell me they were ready for pickup. As if that wasn't enough, they went a step further to ensure this didn't happen to anyone else and made a "test" shirt with a bunch of different decals/artwork all over it. They put this "test" shirt through all the same tests. While they could not explain why this happened to our shirt in the first place, they went above and beyond to ensure this customer's satisfaction! I highly recommend Pasteurized Tees to anyone who will listen! #SupportSmallBusiness”

“This location has a nice selection of very cheap coats. Lots of name brand and in many sizes. I got a Calvin Klein peacoat for $35 and it's brand new. A lot of the coats have been handled a lot so you'll have to be careful and inspect anything before you buy it, but you can't beat these prices.”

“I had my eye on this beautiful black dress but they did not have my size. I assumed I was still a size large and decided to try on the medium and to my surprise it not only fit but it was immaculate on me. That’s not even the best part. I met the manager Jonathan who was a breath of fresh air in an industry of sometimes inexperienced associates who could’ve care less about kindness, service and quality. Not only was Jonathan all these wonderful qualities, he was energy, inspiration and took the time to educate me on a cool way to tie my dress with visuals and practice on a mannequin. I was so moved I not only purchased the dress I walked out with that dress on feeling like a supermodel. Thank you Jonathan for not only being an incredible human being but making my day special, fun and beautiful. I will come back to buy more dresses and just to say hi ❤️?? “I went to this boutique and it was a wonderful experience! The man greeted us when we came in and was always asking if we needed help finding anything. He even brought some styles from the back for me to look at. It was my first time in an abaya store and when I told him I was shopping for my Shahada he congratulated me and gave me a lot of helpful tips about when to come to the store and some items to look for to make learning to pray Salah easier! Everything about the customer service was wonderful and the abayas were well made and had a really fair price! I’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you!!”
