JD Sports is a nice clean store that is very busy. It is considered the under dogs in the shoes game with good deals and sales. The staff can be very helpful, but the store is not very customer friendly. You will not get help or acknowledged unless you go up to someone. There are sometimes errors with charging, so checking receipts is advised. Overall, it is an underrated stop with what you need.

Most the staff is not helpful, rude, and dismissive. They’re not even competitive. Found the same pair of shoes in the same mall for $50 bucks less and JD said no to price matching. Decent selection is the only thing worth a star.
