“Hidden Gem! It’s difficult to find Size 15 shoes anywhere in WNY. I called them today asking for size 15 shoes Surprisingly, they have multiple pairs in that size. I drove to Ricks and they hooked me up with some Air Jordans. They have a wide variety of sneakers, boots, hats , clothing! The Customer service is phenomenal! “This was a return to the outlet store on Niagara Street.Even during the pandemic, this store is well stocked, and the pickup location I had to go to on Ontario Street confirmed why they are so ready.All the staff I've dealt with are friendly, and well trained on answering questions that I may have with the products I'm looking for. Mainly visited for hi-viz items, as well as work gear for working in the cold Buffalo weather. If I've seen prices higher than other chain stores, the difference is barely negligible. The stuff will be in stock, in your size.Well worth the trip to this store. You might even find stuff you didn't know you needed.”

“Locally owned shop to purchase Greek paraphernalia! With lots of customizable Honestly this place wasn't the most organized , but the guy knew how to locate everything that I asked with ease. Everything was also reasonably priced. You certainly couldn't find cheaper prices on line. Just as a heads up I am pretty sure that they do mostly customizations for their orders so you might want to get in and order what you want in advance. I particularly appreciated all of the items that they had for Kappa! Yo to the Nupes .”

“What a great experience we had here! This was my first time in the store, and the customer service is second to none! EVERY member of the team made a point to greet customers coming in, but not in an overwhelming way. The atmosphere was SUPER friendly, and the staff kind and engaging. My 6-year old daughter (who we were shopping for) even mentioned it. We purchased a pair of shoes that was continually out of stock at Dock's. They also had a bunch of vans exclusive to Journey's. The type of shoes by nature is smaller, as they don't carry more of the athletic brands, but I would go back here for the selection, availability, and customer service any day! We will be back!”

“We had a family dinner here and as usual it was awesome. We had 4 people- 2 who opted for the grill style to cook their meat, and 2 of us vegetarians who used the Mojo and had the Good Earth Vegetarian meal. We had a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. The restaurant was clean. We had both the Quattro Formagio and the classic cheddar for the cheese course and both were delicious. The salads were good. The wait staff (Logan was our waiter, but many others also helped- including the manager Tyler) was attentive to refilling drinks and asking if we needed anything else. The entrees were plenty filling, even if initially looking at it seemed like it was small. We all were almost stuffed before the chocolate course even started. But since we had done the 4 course option we did proceed with chocolate, of course! We had the dark and dulce, and the s'mores. The s'mores has a wonderful flambe at the table to toast the marshmallow in! There was a great variety of dippers and we had plenty to take home for later snacking. Overall a great experience.”
