I have been trying to change my automatic debit date for my car loan for months. I have sent emails multiple times and am told that they have not been received. It does not make sense that the date can not be changed over the phone or online like with so many other banks. I really wish I would have known how hard dealing with this bank was before I took an auto loan with them

Two issues I have with the Sheridan branch. Number 1. I deposited money in their ATM outside the branch after hours and they could not seem to find my deposit. Said they would get back to me. It wasn't a lot of money thank God but it was still my money. Still haven't heard anything from them about it and it's been almost a year since that happened. I never ever have deposited anything else and never will again! 2nd issue, I gave one of the tellers my mortgage payment. Asked her to pay my full mortgage and put the rest on the principal. 1 week later I get a letter from their collections department stating that I need to pay like some ridiculous amount (46 cents), because the teller failed to process the full mortgage payment which included the cents..... you can affect someone's credit like that. They need to do better.

Worst bank to get a car loan from, and having to call the 1800 number the employees are always rude, giving attitude for no reason, and charging fees without you noticing. Won't ever deal with this bank again.

I am so frustrated with their hours. I have gone multiple times to the Sheridan drive location on my lunch break just to find that they are closed. I understand staffing shortages but this is a bank they should be open all day during the week.Edited:The branch has reached out to me multiple times to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused me. I would like to say that I am very satisfied with the customer service and I am always greeted kindly when I do visit the branch. I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 as I am happy they reached out to rectify the issues.

I went in the bank to pay my truck note. I was waited on by a guy teller, it was the second time he waited on me. He was rude both times, he threw my money at me and my receipts at me .I asked him was he having a good day.... he don't like black people, because he's always mean to me.

for some reason tellers can never tell you accurate loan info. They can't even tell me a correct balance. also told me I would have to pay the extra 2.5 years of interest if I payed the whole thing today. Charged me a late fee when I had made 6 months of payments a week earlier. Getting info on anything from them is like pulling teeth and when you do get the information you're asking for its probably wrong.

Service is extremely slow.I gave drive thru teller $400 for my car loan. She credited the loan for $380. I called the branch when I got home. They said that there was nothing that they could do.

The territorial supervisor called me back. He listened to me did a very nice job explaining and addressing the problem. I feel like I was heard and he did a good job explaining certain things that I had misunderstood
