All the staff there are truly friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was having issues with a spa pump that was leaking and when I brought it in and told them the problem, they tested it and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it the right way. Great job from the back of the store to the front

We needed a replacement filter and o-ring for our hot tub. 2 other spa supply stores did not have them. Gary's had the exact size in stock and for about the same price as listed online. Plus they lubed the o-ring and replaced it on the cover for us to make sure it fit correctly.
