Hector's Hardware is a good old fashioned, family-owned hardware store and an absolute gem of a business. It is known as the best hardware store in Erie county with knowledgeable and very helpful staff who give educated answers. The store is tidy, clean, and well stocked with a great selection and many parts available, offering fair prices and a wide range of services. It features a great repair shop where staff are willing to help fix even tiny items. Customers highly recommend going to Hector's first before a big box store and frequenting this local shop.
The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. I needed p v c plumbing fittings, they had them. He was very nice and gave educated answers to my questions. A very nice place, everything tidy and clean and in order many parts available. Great selection, we'll definitely frequent there when possible.
