This location is hideous the customer service is non-existent like no training at all the car I got the interior was dirty the car had no washer fluid the “need oil change ? was on” I had a issue with my rental I called the office to try an resolve this matter an the agent I spoke with was just unprofessional as it gets he stated he’s only one person doing 3 people’s job at this point like why is this location even open just pure ridiculousness at this location wouldn’t recommend it to a single soul on this planet so please save your time an money cause clearly hertz needs to address this and to top it off I see other reviews stating the same problems smh hertz should be ashamed

Absolutely the worst car rental place from the people at the location I rented being impolite, apathetic, and uninterested in doing a good job . the phone reps are as bad, dim-witted not helpful.They rented me a junker with bad brakes, and the battery died after a week of renting. then they charge me over $200 because I couldn't get in touch with the location I tented to extend my rental so they claim I'm no longer in contract due to being over 3 days on a week rental. Such a scam will report this to the BBB and chamber of commerce. Never again will I rent from Hertz.

I rent twice from this location in the past several month. Seems like they never clean their car, both car I got do not have windshield fluid, both of them has ok exterior but dirty interior.

THIS LOCATION IS GARBAGE!!!!!!!!! NEVER HAVE CARS AVAILABLE BUT BOOK YOU FOR RENTALS, GIVES OUT CARS W NO FLUID AND LIGHTS THAT TURN ON, you can’t call this location AT ALL!!! They legit hang up on you or tell you sorry there’s only one person there but I’ve walked in and seen two employees and found one male sleeping at the counter before ??? So that’s why they’re not answering my calls? Then I have another woman from hertz who DID call me to offer a shuttle service that THEY CANT PROVIDE SO WHY ARE YIU CALLING PEOPLE ASKING IF THEY NEED THE SERVICE??? I almost canceled a ride with a friend and took her up on the shuttle option, thankfully I said no and find out the next day they were never gonna shuttle me either way.They close at five and no one can help you on weekends. My car was scheduled to be done on 10/30. It was completed and I picked it up after hertz hours. For the last week I’ve been calling for 30 minutes to 1 hour attempting to get someone with one brain cell to pick up the phone and cancel the reservation but NOPE. You’d also think they’d call the customer to confirm needing the car and paying out of pocket as they can see insurance stopped covering it, NOPE. So now flash forward 7 days I got off my last 10-18 hour shift of the week to receive emails telling me they’re extending the rental again and charged me $93!!!!!!The second I pulled into the hertz parking lot an employee answered. A female at around 4-20-4:30 She did NOT CARE at all and expected me to sympathize that this company and everyone in it has neglected this the past 7 days!! My car shop tells me this happens all the time they leave the cars there for a week or longer. The employee closed out my rental but couldn’t provide me with any type of email or documentation stating so and then when I said okay thank you she said alright and HUNG UP. No thank you for choosing hertz have a good day??DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND TIME WASTED

had a reservation @9:30am...was told after I asked I cannot leave my car there...so had to go back and get someone to give me a ride. Got a car...packed and ready to leave town- of no passenger seatbelt does not work most of the time (also front tires unsafe in rain, but I didn't even mention that). Took it back, and response was oh I got it to latch...That's nice but I'm not interested in a car that has a seatbelt that latches 2 out of 10 tries...I insisted, and they gave me different car. Loaded and left town. Now the AC does not work...we hit 88 degrees on the way back...that nice and BTW torrential rain so the 1st car would have had 2 problems.Ok add these 2 things to that...1) when I picked up the car I actually rented, I got no walk through the car, no check of anything and it had a huge scrape on one of the wheel arches...went back and was told oh yeah we noted that. The gas tank was 7/8 full (digital gauge) and they marked it full. By the time I left it was 11am instead of 9:30. Asked them to change time on rental to 11...they refused.2) just called customer service and was told all they can do is $50 credit toward future rental...GTFO- insulting for such problems. Asked to speak to supervisor was told there are none available.Here we are. Your experience may vary but this got to be the worst rental for me in 30+ years

Unreachable via phone to answer basic question. Hertz as a web service is also infuriating in that selecting a car seems to make no difference as to what car is lands you with on the payment page. Bummer :(

I showed up an hour and a half late for my reservation, and after waiting 15 minutes for them to help one customer who didn’t even end up renting a car, I was told i was lucky to be getting a car, and the only reason was because I’m a Gold Member and that, “next time I need to be on time”. I travel for business all the time and have never gotten that lecture before. Best part is… I didn’t even get a full tank of gas! Thanks for everything ?

Met a nice lady named Deja she help me out to complete my rental.She was straight to the point, Gave me options on vehicles that fit my budget. Car she help me select was great never drove a chevy malibu very low to get in and she told me this. Vehicle nice and clean. smelled nice. she also said great on gas. I will come here to rent again if i am eber in town. .......Made a reservation online and when I got there nothing what the agent on the phone was correct NOTHING

Never a hassle picking up or dropping off a vehicle. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Deja and another female staff is who I’ve had the best experience on my visits, both pleasant to converse with. Always making sure all my concerns or questions are answered, rather than rushing through the transaction. Thanks to those ladies and the rest of the staff at this location.

Not a review of this location, just of the company of Hertz. We booked a car through Priceline and got an itinerary with a total invoiced amount. When we arrived, they said that the PR code (price reduction code) must be expired through Priceline. We spent our valuable time waiting in line, and then having to sit on the phone with Priceline only for them to tell us there was no new code and we were out of luck. Hertz was of no assistance. We ended up paying 25% more than we anticipated. We’ve tried multiple times, trying to get the matter rectified, but there must be a bot on the other end of customer service. Don’t use Priceline. Don’t use Hertz. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because we were happy with the car we got, just not the price.
