I called Mike Hi Tech on 3/19/24. We had an appointment for 3/20/24 at 11:00 am. Mike was prompt, professional, courteous, and he explained what he was doing. I had a tv taken down and new tv installed. I would highly recommend his services and I will be telling my family and friends about his services.

Mike is awesome! Very knowledgeable and able to explain the problems to me without making me feel inferior (which in technology I definitely am!). He always answers in a timely manner and gets the work done faster than estimated which is great when you are running a business! Fair pricing as well. Definitely recommend!
