“Upon checkout a man assisted us at the cash or card checkout. The cash change back was 50cent, he seemed growingly aggrivated as he awaited the 2 quarters to dispense. One came out, the other sat inside machine with a clicking sound, I commented hmm sounds like the change back might be jammed, he responded snottily "no it's not", I looked at him like say what when the second quarter popped out, he handed me my change & receipt didn't say thank you and had an angry look on his face. He had a beard, facial hair, light brown. He won't talk like that to me again. I'm a retired RGM who has trained numerous teams not to be like that guy. If he's got a at home personal situation going on he needs to leave it there, period!”
