First time in NY. The old woman was incredibly rude and acted awful in general. This excuse of a pawn shop is expensive too. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Lady is so rude poor customer service owner need to hire a better manger the lady he has now has a serious attitude problem no good for business !!!!!
