Worst Manager ever, very rude and unprofessional. The tellers are awesome.Reported twice to corporate. Very close to home but will never set foot in that branch again.

Worst manager ever. She directly denied to give me service and so much racist behavior from her. I dont think a human should behave like this to another. She told me not to come to her branch go to another branch. I am also thinking never to deal with m&T bank. Worst experience ever
