  NY State law requires auto lien holders to issue a lien release within three business days of the loan being satisfied. M&T refuses to issue a lien release in fewer than ten business days, even when informed it is in violation of NYS law.   The workers are nice and helpful I'm always in and out within 15 to 20 minutes I really appreciate the great work wish they were open on Sundays though

  Don't get any worse than them. Everything is a no. They have no trust but a whole lot of fraud. They think your acct is they acct. Stop you from your own money. Supervisors at that branch laughing on the phone thinking it's all a joke. Everything about this place is ridiculous ?????
