My uncle was a long time customer at M&T bank, He recently passed away and left me as the executor of his estate that was approximately worth $6500.00. Upon his passing, according to the will I was to receive all of the proceeds of this account. I attempted to recover the monies from the account and was told by a bank representative that they do not abide by what the will states and only will release the money after I have been named in probate court. This process has been on going for the last 5 months and still not complete, the attorneys fees have become exorbitant and and up to $4500.00 Thus far. I hope there is enough left to purchase my uncle's headstone. My recommendation is to not use m&t bank for your banking needs.

I go to this branch often and use it for both personal and Commercial banking. Everyone is always super friendly and happy to help me and I've never walked away confused or upset about any transaction. Everything is always handled efficiently and easily.

Nice environment. Very kind, and helpful. Avoid the M&t in snyder on Kensington ave. Seems very racist, rude and ignorant.

Do NOT use M&T Bank!!! My 97 year old WWII veteran father has been a loyal customer for decades. His bank card was recently stolen and the thief took $20K!!! No M&T claims that they won't replace the $ because every transaction was considered "authorized" due to the fact that it used his debit card. M&T did NOTHING to secure his account and never shut it down when the system saw unauthorized transactions! Now my 96 yr old dad on a fixed income is out $20K! If he didn't have another account, he'd be on the streets!!! These people are the worst!!! Never use M&T Bank!

I would Give them a Zero Star Review If that Was Possible, my wallet Was Stolen From My Vehicle a Week Ago and I needed Cash to Purchase a New Phone. The White Lady that was at the Counter Was Not understanding My Situation, she Continuously Looks at her Co worker Repeating The Amount I want taken Out. That is Money I needed, she Had no Right to Keep repeating The Money Amount I needed, She goes on to Check my School ID for Verification, And Accused me of Being a Different Person!! I feel Racially Discriminated, And At that Point I just Said If it cannot Be Done Can You just Say So, As Much As i Need a New Phone For School.. I did not want to Listen to Her Shame Me For Trying to Take out MY Money. do Better.

I have never had a problem with this bank.Not inside or outside at the ATM's . It's nice inside.Employees are nice. The ATM 's outside always work , which is a rarity for most places. It has never been super busy & made me wait a long time while inside.

Kay shapiro She was very rude employees i ever seen in my life .. i go some deposit small amounts .i give my bank card , state id .. still she ask my social .. if I deposit 5k or more so she can ask I understand .but small amounts deposit she need my social after i give my bank card and state id … ??? I ask her why u need social .she tell me she need .she was very rude .unprofessional …i don’t understand how bank hire that kind of Employees …?? Im going close my account or i never go this branch again ..

I picked this location because it was open on Saturday and my usually one was not. I made an appointment online with Carlos for 10:30 AM. When I arrived they told me Carlos was not working today. I don’t know why I would be able to schedule an appointment with someone who isn’t working. I had to wait 45 minutes before someone else could see me.
