Rite Aid is a store with friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and always remembers customers by name, making them feel special and valued. Management is very apologetic and helpful, especially in urgent situations. One manager is extremely helpful, friendly, and provides the best service ever, even helping to carry items. An associate is also a very nice and helpful woman. However, past incidents with other staff have been unpleasant, and some customers do not like the frequent automated phone calls for prescriptions.
The manager mahbub was extremely helpful. He guided to the pharmacy in an urgent situation. He also helped me carry items to my car. I want to leave the best review possible and personally thank rite aid and that nice manager for helping me in a difficult situation.
