I think the staff do the best they can but regardless of the time you come here to pick up a prescription, bet on waiting in line 30-45 mins minimum, even if your prescription is “ready.”

The staff is extremely unprofessional, with rude attitudes and inappropriate comments, including calling customers “old.” It’s honestly disappointing. The only exception is a young Black man working in the pharmacy, he is consistently polite and kind.
