Literally on the phone with them right now while I'm typing this & it's just ringing not even going to the Rite Aid greeting, not to mention this is the 2nd call the 1st one someone picked & hung up...over 5 mins now & still no answer.

Why is this location still even open??? pharmacy customer service is -5 Stars. Been calling the pharmacy for 45 minutes got hung up twice. Was on my way to the store with a pan to beat the pharmacy associate with but my god stopped me. Amen Amen

This place need to be shut down they never answer the phone it takes them all day to fill scripts it's ridiculous
