Mediocre customer service and poor optical services. After taking my measurements and working length at a conference, they notify me months later that my prescription is too strong and their technician can’t accommodate my measured working length. I’ve had a 10yr old pair of Designs for Vision loupes with the same rx and magnification that accommodate my working length fine. I liked the lightweight frames and LED light offered by Rose Microsolutions, but not at the expense of basic optical quality. At the end of 3 months, I’m left with a partial refund and no loupes.

Have had multiple issues with my new loupes I purchased only a couple of months ago. Have emailed customer service multiple times and do not get any answers.

I thought that I had already completed a review on this company, but I was just lying in bed thinking of how blessed I was to have found this company at the 2019 Midwinter Dental Meeting. They took care of getting my prescription in the loupes very easily and made sure that I had sufficient battery packs and carrying case. I remember being hesitant about purchasing because it was my first pair of TTL as well as light. I was just adjusting my loupes earlier and it seems that I need to reach out to them for an adjustment, which I don't believe will be a problem at all. I'm always getting compliments on my carrying case, as not many other hygienists in my area are familiar with Rose. I always let them know that they are a family run business that I enjoyed working with and would recommend them to anyone. I can't believe it took me this many years to leave a review, but thank you all so much for all you do and the special care that you show to each customer. My batteries and light are in great condition, even after a few drops of my batteries, lol.

Terrible product, batteries do not last, they don’t back up their product at all. Buy something with a lifetime warranty because these will not last more than 2 years. Terrible customer service aswell.

The customer service is great, very helpful. The value you get for the money is amazing. I love my Rose loupes. I've had them for many years. I could not do my job as a hygienist without them.

I have been an extremely satisfied customer of Rose Micro Solutions for the past few years. As a general dentist, I've been fit for loupes at least a few times before but not with the high degree of success as provided by RMS. I was so satisfied with the new loupes which included LED illumination that I ordered a second pair to ensure I wouldn't be without a set (in the event that a repair was needed).With time, there were a couple of minor repairs and adjustments required. Each time, Rose Micro Solutions was amazing with their "service after the sale". They have been fantastic with honoring their warranty coverage even without being prompted. Furthermore, their repairs/adjustments have been completed in a timely and courteous manner. Optimal vision is paramount when providing high quality care. This is the very first negative review I have ever written about anything. The customer service Have experienced with this company has been nothing but horrible. I am a veterinarian that specializes in dentistry. I also have Designs for Vision and Surgitel brand loupes and have experienced excellent product support with both companies. I tried Rose Micro Solutions loupes on at a meeting in February and thought I would get some loupes with a little higher magnification. The first time they sent them there was not even a prescription ground into the lens and the focal depth in each eye was over an inch different. Then they re-made them and increased the price because the rep had mistakenly under quoted me for Oakley frames. Not my fault!! Then they came again, but this time without the near vision correction in the lens as originally ordered. They fit me now for magnified work, but the near vision would be helpful. The worst part of all is that they have not responded to multiple phone calls, e-mails and text messages in the last 4 months. I lecture to many veterinarians about dentistry. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.Edit 12/10/20- after leaving my negative review and letting the company know about it, they called one time. I returned the call, left a message, but zero response. I recommend you do business with a decent company and not these guys. You get what you pay for.

Beware of the quality of their glasses. Both of mine broke and was not even offered anything but to buy a new set. Glasses have a clear flaw.

I bought the Rose loupelight when my (designs for vision light) died. I’m glad I tried this small company out. Price point was way better than the other major players so my expectations were low—however this was a very high quality light. Plus, the two batteries relieves my stress of having to recharge mid-day. Thanks!

I purchased ttl loupes with light at buffalo dental meeting 2019. My order took longer than expected, but they were well worth the wait. Customer service has been top notch! I came back today because for the last few days, my light has been shutting off and I think there was a sort in the cord. They replaced it no questions asked. Staff is always friendly. I love my loupes and thanks for taking great care of me!
