    Lightweight and comfortable. Customer service has been responsive for me. My only complaint is how frequently the cord to the light stops working. I was given 2 cords when I first purchased. The first cord lasted maybe a year and a half but the second cord shorter out within 6 months.

    Any time I have had an issue with my light or batteries, their customer service has been easy to get in contact with and they remedy the situation promptly. I did start having issues with my loupes within a year or so but because they fix issues so quickly, they are worth it, in my opinion.

    Very good quality and fitting loupes for the price, I shopped around many different loupes providers and this was the best deal I could find by hundreds of dollars. Can’t speak to their customer service, however.
