“Good space for loading and unloading items from a uhaul to the unit. Was able to get a unit in about online in about 5 min and have immediate access to the unit even though it was after hours. The unit was clean and there is a security system for surveillance. I’m satisfied with my choice of storage unit so far!”
“Some of the docks are tight but if you take your time you can get in to them. The people in the office are great. They go by your appointment time. So if you get there more then an hour early you will be sitting on the side of the road or they will tell you to go sit over at Jim’s truck stop which is only a few miles away. About an hour to load your trailer. Not to bad at all. I load here a lot. When you turn down the street the check in office is down at the end of the building on the right. Don’t try to go in and check in anywhere just when you turn on the street. Follow the dock doors until there are none left on the right side and the door is just past the last dock door. You have to walk up a few steps and the door is on the side of the building that is not facing the road. Hope this helps you out.”
“I reserved online, went to the location for pickup, and returned the truck to the same location on time. The entire process was smooth and easy. UHAUL provided me with everything I needed, there's nothing else to say.”
“Nothing because, your worker intimidate the customers who got two services the same time, trailer 6/12 and truck 20, paid, but the worker manipulated by using a person as a manager to say she will report to the police that I stole the truck. I will never rent anything to UHAUL again. Thank you for your pression.”
