Tops Friendly Market is a long-time family store for many regular shoppers. The staff is described as friendly, amazing, and providing top tier, exceptional customer service. The store offers a variety of necessities, including vegan and vegetarian options, and many grab-and-go meals and snacks. However, the store has faced challenges, with shelves and the meat department often being bare and out of many items. At night, having only one register open causes very long lines. While service and prices are good, there are occasional issues with produce spoiling quickly. Some customers also express concern about shoplifting.
This has been my store for 40 years, our family Tops! ...I hope you guys have extra security during November with all the shoplifting threats because food stamps going on, I can't understand how people hurt the store owners and never blame the thieves. There are jobs out here people!

Only one register open every night is incredibly inconvenient. This is a line that continues to the beer isle. Save yourself some patience and shop during the day if you don't wish to spend over half hour waiting in line. Three stars because the customer service team is always top tier exceptional.
