  Make sure all employees know the policies. I'd get one story when I called and then another when I got to the store, multiple times. Now I drive out of my way to go to the Cheektowaga store.

  Nothing because, your worker intimidate the customers who got two services the same time, trailer 6/12 and truck 20, paid, but the worker manipulated by using a person as a manager to say she will report to the police that I stole the truck. I will never rent anything to UHAUL again. Thank you for your pression.
