Horrible owner, rude and disrespectful. Avoid this location at all costs.
Edit: The owner is talking about someone else, looks like he got in trouble with someone else the same day. I was there to send my package and forgot to tape it. He acted like I committed a heinous crime (“you’re not being responsible” blah blah blah). The tape is literally right next to him.

This is the very best place to ever ship anything or do any Amazon returns. I would never go anywhere else to do my Amazon returns if this location was an option!! - you are always in and out. Same staff all the time; all so helpful! Big shout out to Chris for helping me today (& many times in the past!) THANK YOU!!!

I have been going to this store for years and I’m always prepared to send my packages out but this one particular day I assumed my UPC code could just be scanned and have them print the label but it could not Georgina was so helpful and smart and really knows her job , she was able to print my label from my phone without any extra charge this time. She is amazing and I told her so and really saved me an extra trip back to the store. All of the staff there is very nice and very professional and really know their jobs……

A few times I've had to send packages out that, for whatever reason, I didn't want to pack myself. It's usually the only reason I go with UPS honestly. It's not that their delivery service isn't great, because I have no problem with it. But the post office is closer to where I live, and I really love my post office. However, my post office won't package items for me and guarantee they'll arrive without breaking. On those occasions, I drive to the UPS Store.
I'm pretty sure this is a franchise or some kind of locally-owned place. Not that that has any bearing on my review. It's just an observation. These folks have always been very friendly and have gone out of their way to help me out. One time I left my purse locked in a friend's vehicle about two tons away (oops). I had no cash and I had a package that NEEDED to be delivered. Luckily for me, the UPS store would take a check and my passport as ID, both of which were fortunately not locked in my friend's car.
I do think the prices are a little high. I don't really have much to compare them to, though, because I usually save my boxes and reuse them when I need to mail something out, packing my own stuff. Still, it seems a bit pricey to mail some of the items I've mailed from there, but I guess I've always operated under the assumption that things cost what they cost. When you want to send something from Buffalo to some other city, you want it boxed up neatly and packaged securely, and you want it to arrive yesterday, you pay what you have to pay without question. Maybe a little reservation, but hardly a reservation.

Went to return an item I got from Amazon, tho the service was quick and easy, the gentleman that helped me gave me attitude even when I was nice and polite. Maybe he just had a bad day, but that was not necessary to treat me like a jerk

Richard is amazing always willing to help wil add extra tap to ensure what your shipping gets to its location in one piece. Friendly store will also provide advise if need packaging suggestions. Highly recommend
