The woman who assisted me today was very helpful. I didn't have my box taped up, which should have been taped, but she taped it for me as a courtesy. Excellent customer service!

I can't print out the label at home today because my web popup was blocked. UPS website recommended to print out the receipt and take it to the store when I drop off the package. When I got to the store, the person at the counter didn't want to help print the label, and wanted me to call UPS customer service when I was already in the store. I got put on hold forever. In the meantime, I saw a computer in the store for customers to use. I logged in to my UPS account (regular customer,...) and printed the label myself in less than two minutes. The counter attendant came over, asking me for $8. 50 for computer use, plus a label print fee. Either UPS is getting crazier trying to get to the customer pocket, or the people at the counter had zero sense of helping the customers. In the end I had to take my package home to print the label. I guess it is time to leave UPS... I stopped at the store across from Walmart in Williamsville, NY, the time was around 11:00am. If UPS management sees this review and cares about customer service, they should do something about it.****3/17/2024The response from the owner shows the arrogance of this business. The computer is outside the counter in the open access area. It is not locked with a password. Do you keep confidential information in a open access computer? Regardless, a customer was having trouble with online printing of a shipping label at home, was advised to get assistance at the store. A good business would give some training, or just help with printing a label and be done with it, and let the customer know what should be expected at the store the next time this happens. Instead, after the customer logged into the computer in the open area with her UPS account credential and printed the label, without any prior notice or alert, you suddenly wanted $8.50 for access fee and a fee for the page? Now, you also say you have confidential information on the open access computer without a password?If this is a franchised business, based on the response from owner alone UPS should consider pulling the license, because this business has no sense of customer service up and down, it disgraces the good reputation of UPS, and will drive revenues to competitor in the difficult competitive environment.

Absolutely my favorite UPS store. CONSISTENTLY friendly, helpful and courteous owner and staff. Always pleasant and extremely competent. Whenever I had a delivery issue on the receivers end, the owner took my number, gave me regular updates and went above and beyond to track my package and bring resolve until the package made it to the destination. I was impressed with the level of customer service and care provided. I return again and again!! Big parking lot, clean and well organized store. 5 stars! Two thumbs up!

Forever my go to UPS store! They are always friendly and helpful whenever I need anything. Even when the lines get long, they stay staffed well enough to keep the line moving fast and efficiently without ever making people feel rushed. Great attitudes from all the staff!
