Today is Tuesday 12/12/23. It was approximately 11:13 am. Outstanding customer service. I wanted to say I witnessed an employee (guy who does passports), help an elderly woman with mailing her packages. She had picked a box too small and one of her Christmas presents was to the side and she said "don't worry, she will mail it another time". The employee asked for her permission to look in the box and said he thinks he could get a box that would fit everything. I was very impressed with his willingness to help and taking the initiative to get the right box for her packages. I told him as I was leaving "outstanding customer service"

Rude and disrespectful staff. No manner and not professional Staff. You ask them questions and they reply with I don’t know. Sorry I can’t do anything. A lady working usually on Tuesdays morning . Get paid for doing nothing and the price they charge you is ridiculous. 1 start is too good for this place. I posted a letter to Canada and it’s been a month and still hasn’t arrived there. Absolutely Shocking!

This location offers passport walk in hours from 12 PM to 1 PM. I arrived during those ours and was not able to get service. Was told there were people ahead of me and I could’t be helped. Why offer walk in hours but don’t adhere to it? Don’t offer a service that you can not accommodate.Please do better

Dave, from the North Bailey post office, helped me renew my passport. He made it a simple and easy process. He was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Something I dreaded doing turned into a pleasant experience.

Avoid this place if you can, I came here to drop off a package because it’s the closest one to my house. I asked the girl if I could use some tape because everywhere else I go, they always provide tape. She was extremely rude and sarcastic saying I needed to purchase a whole roll of tape. All I asked her was can I please just have a pice of tape over my label shipping . I don’t know what the problem is with her, but if you hated your job that much then just stay home. After I asked her, she said “ have a good day” like is this a joke. I’m sorry but whoever is the manager needs to do something about their customer service because the girl with the glasses is extremely rude and nasty.

Absolutely rudest, most sarcastic custumer service I’ve ever received. I work in custumer service and NEVER give one star reviews. I needed two pieces of tape for returned packages. I had the labels and everything. I have had this done at every single post office I’ve ever been to, multiple times. They refused and said I needed to buy a whole role of tape. I explained I have had this done many times at my local post office and I was never told this rule about buying tape? Apparently it’s done as a courtesy and I asked ok well I have two packages, I need two pieces of tape what is the problem? The girl says extremely sarcastically “would you like to go somewhere else?” Yes actually I would. I have had this done at my local post office many times. Go to literally any other post office except this one.

Terrible experience. Do not pick up the phone call. Employers are too lazy to help. If your package is here and trying to pick it up. Good luck on that…… Too lazy to help, USPS needs to hire people who are willing to work and taking responsibilities. smh… Terrible workers!!!!!!

A worker was extremely rude to me and my mom. She kept yelling saying she couldn’t understand people talking over each other, which we weren’t. She yelled asking where the address is. I saw her being rude to another arab. But to this white lady in front of us, she was extremely nice. She unnecessarily apologized. Horrible worker.

If you ever have had an experience that you waited at home for a whole day on a delivery day, and you received nothing but a "delivery attempt notice", trust me, it's very NORMAL; no ringing the doorbell, no knocking at the door, if you have a long driveway to you front door, they don't even get off their vehicle just simply put the prepared notice into the mailbox. Why do they do that, you'll never know. Good luck everyone.

It should open until 3pm on Saturday but they only work till 1pm. There are only 2 self service machine but 1 is broken.
