This is a central Post Office so it's always got a line. Also don't try and make a left out of the parking lot, you'll be waiting and holding up everyone else forever.

My package was delayed, but Mark was very helpful and stayed in contact with me the whole time. He even spoke with me on Saturday and kept me updated on the tracking until I received it. Really appreciate his help and great customer service.
