I what to complain about the Pharmacy department, the Phamacist there are very rude!! I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR PRECRITIONS, and the Phamacist where VERY, VERY RUID & DIDN'T WHAT TO HELP ME WITH THEIR MISTAKE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH RUIDNESS!!!

Being one of the few pharmacies open on New Year’s Day, this place was busy. We were thankful that they were open to fill emergency room prescriptions, but also that they were prompt and courteous in doing so.Some men outside were also harassing any single females coming or going and and a manager spoke to them as we were leaving.

Prescriptions are always delayed or not available 99% of the time. This place really makes life more complicated when you need to call them once a month in regards to your Rx status. Each month my refill date gets bumped back a day. The location in Hamburg was so much better.

It's a 24 hour pharmacy, every time you go late night. They are closed... Or workers will stay by the door and tell you something is wrong. This happened 5-6 times already. So much for doing emergency runs when the kids aren't feeling well.

Not a great experience. Came for a vaccine after making an appointment online. I filled out all the forms online ahead of time as well because the website said it would save time at the pharmacy. This is false. When I checked in in person, I had to provide all my basic information (name, address, etc.) orally while someone typed it in. Then they handed us clipboards and pens with the consent form I filled out online. The chairs were all a little dirty or ripped and arranged oddly. Pharmacy customers were lining up in front of me when I was sitting which I didn't love. Someone else asked to have the locked Tylenol case opened and was sent to the front of the store after being told the bell by the locked case doesn't work. About a half hour after we arrived, a family who was already checked in and waiting got called into the back for their shots. We arrived 15 minutes early as instructed online. It was 45 minutes before we got our shots and then we had to stick around for 15 minutes in case of a reaction. I'm doubtful anyone here could respond to an emergency with due speed.

Store says 24 hrs..its not. Pharnacy isn't 24 hrs because they donot have staffing. They changed store to 6am till midnight, again, closed, no staffing! I had to wait two extra days for medication because of no pharmacist and then they ran out of my med n had to order it. Tha panhandlers areaggressive!

They are listed as 24 hours yet they are not 24 hours. i walked all the way here for no reason as they had a sign that said they were open at 8am. if that's the case, just list it as 8am to close!!! i am very frustrated and hungry :(

Had to stop during a trip to Canada but the experience was not as expected.Shelfs on medication were empty and the guy took forever to get there to help me and forever to get back to and the answer was:We didn’t have these pills for few days.Well its a pharmacy and if you want have some pills (no prescription needed) than what?!!Anyway i got something optional.

Tried to use the FedEx drop-off service offered at this location. Brought in a package and they wouldn't take it due to the size. I had measured before I took the time to go to the location to make sure it met the requirements of being under 55lbs and was well under the dimensions of 48"x25"x25" that are specifically stated on the FedEx website for this location. They need to either work with FedEx to update the website to indicate the dimensions they will take or take the dimensions the website says. Waste of my time.

The employees that work here are all very rude with the exception of one young lady. I frequent here a lot cause it’s in my neighborhood and I actually hate coming here because the employees are horrible. If something you need is locked up and you have to ask for help they get an attitude. The older black gentleman is so rude to everyone!!! Like he hates his job, he doesn’t say hello, he doesn’t respond when asking questions, he won’t even look at you half the time. All the cashiers give me a hard time here, I hate this Walgreens.

The employees that work here are all very rude with the exception of one young lady. PHARMACY REVIEW ONLYThis pharmacy is terrible. Where do you get your employees from? Zero professionalism, zero customer service skills, zero insurance knowledge of what a secondary insurance is and employees are slow as molasses. Here are my top three incidents but there are so many more.1. Drove to the window, man bending over and messing with the register. Fifteen minutes later I ask if he is going to help me. He says no he doesn't work there; he is fixing the registers. Ummm what? Let's try putting up a sign next time so people like me don't waste their time and wait for nothing. Or close the shade. 2. I walk in to pick up a prescription and notice the copay was higher than normal. I ask the person at the window, was my secondary insurance billed? I get the confused look. I say, I have two insurances and every time I come in here, I have to go through this. It took 30 minutes for her and the pharmacist to figure it out. I worked in the medical field for several years and that is basic knowledge. 3. Tonight, I drive and wait for my turn at the window. Twenty minutes later, I finally get to the front. What happens next? The girl at the window lowers the shade right in front of my face. I was livid. I say, "are you fn kidding me right now?" She answers, "I know but we are short staffed and can't service both the window and people at the counter." What does that tell me? This one is a few sandwiches short of a picnic. I park my car and go in and speak to the manager of the store. I let him know it was unprofessional for his employee to do that and what terrible customer service. He said he would talk to her. Guess what? I had to wait in line again. SMHObviously, this girl had no common sense. I was a urology practice manager for years and this would NOT have been tolerated at all. I'm sorry we are understaffed and even though you have been in the waiting room for 20 minutes, the doctor can't see you. Her actions made no sense whatsoever.I have finally had enough. I'm moving my prescription elsewhere. Maybe the issue is you pay your techs crap wages. If you paid people, you would get quality employees. Train your people right and the pharmacy might not be such a nightmare. I won't hold my breath. I never had an issue with the cashiers at the front. Great people.

Avoid at all costs. Rude. Dismissive. Absolutely no interest in providing any type of service. Pharmacy staff will actively ignore you if you have any questions.

Not sure how they ended up hiring people with such terrible customer service, but I will go out of my way to avoid this location at all costs. The person who was at the photo counter both times I went there made it very clear with her demeanor that it is an inconvenience for her to have anyone show up to her counter (Slow moving, glaring, ignoring as long as possible, using as few words as possible and even lowering her head and lifting a brow to indicate she was ready to hear my request rather than greeting me). Will drive farther for better customer service in the future.
