This has got to be the craziest pharmacy in America. I have tried to get my Rx 3x this week and literally cannot get thru the line. I waited 90 minutes in the roadside line last night at 10 pm and left with a bunch of cars still in front of me. How can they not just hire appropriate staffing?

My favorite store downtown. The staff is so friendly and the manager that's a little older and shorter than the other manager is super nice and makes my visit extra pleasant

This location is too overwhelmed, due to the local Rite Aid pharmacies closing, to deal with any issues that may arise. Go elsewhere for now. The stars are the pharmacy workers who are kind and patient regardless of the incredibly long lines and exasperated customers.

The pharmacy staff here does not help the customer in buying the medicine because the customer does not understand the medicine he wants to buy and the pharmacy staff does not help anyone.

Too much A.I. and waiting. One person ahead of you on phone turns into either disconnected call or an assistant from another store in another state who wants to send you back to store team and you get a recording that it doesn't work and you're disconnected. 4 out of 5 times it happened. Lines for Rx pickup are too long.

I never get anything filled here on time despite my best efforts. Clearly an understaffed location. I feel bad for their clearly overworked employees.

The wait time to get prescriptions filled here seems to have doubled since Rite Aid closed. They need to hire more people or change something to better handle the greater volume of customers that they now have. You should not have to wait 20 + minutes just to pick up a prescription that's supposed to be ready.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I could not warn you enough to not go to this location. Decided to try this pharmacy out after my Rite Aid closed. Too busy while being inefficient creates the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to go to. Zero communication on their end and the longest wait times - whether you try to call, wait in line or even getting assisted by a pharmacist. If you enjoy your sanity, avoid this pharmacy by all costs.

Longest waits ever. I’ve been on line 25 minutes now and I’m no where near being helped. Last time I was here it was at least 30 minutes
