“We've rented a sizeable unit there for over a year and we love it! They always keep the entire facility very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. All the units are climate-controlled. There are several hand trucks available, in two sizes. The safety features include keypad access and many security cameras. Bonus: there's Amazon Hub Locker inside.”

Keith was very knowledgeable in the container world and answered any question I had We were able to get our container delivered (on a day that worked for both of us) The driver Paul was a great guy. It was a tight squeeze to get the truck and container in but Paul got it done. “As a military widow with many, many years of experience renting storage units, I can't say enough good things about Albany Post Self Storage. This is an independently owned facility, and they go the extra mile for their clients. Prices are very competitive, there are security cameras all over the place and they keep it nice and clean. It's even a nice location full of trees and birds, easy in and out and nice wide lanes between the units. Love that I have access to my unit at any time and any questions or concerns are handled immediately and with courtesy and compassion. I have never waited more than a half hour to a response to any questions and I have been renting different units from them for over 16 years which tells you how happy I am.I read in another review that the mousetraps are a concern? I have never EVER used any storage that didn't have concern for such as you never know what people are bringing in or out and this is a lovely country setting. I found it to be very comforting to know that they are so proactive and spend time and resources to help protect their clients items. Believe me there are plenty of other places that don't really care one way or the other. I even had a unit in another place that I found dead lizards in as someone was storing them in their unit!! When I brought it up they said they can't monitor what other people do!? That would never happen here at Albany Post. The property is kept clean and clear and the gravel is maintained and level. I like that it keeps people from driving too fast as that is also a problem I have not experienced since moving into these units. I love supporting local businesses and when they are run like this place it's an absolute pleasure. I wish all my business dealings ran as smoothly and were handled with such good humor and concern. Highest rating and I've recommended them to friends, family and other military members new to the area and have always been thanked by them for doing so. Keep up the good work and thank you for all these years of service.”

“I have been a Tennant at Columbia Self Storage for years and never had an issue. Jeanie, in the office is great!!! She is super friendly and knows all of her tennants. If there is an issue, she and the team there respond quickly and efficiently and do what they need to so their tennants possessions are safe.”
“I ordered a hitch online, and it was half an inch off. I didn't want to drill a bigger hole so it won't rust as fast. Had to return it. I removed the tire and exhaust to get to the one side of the frame. I did all that work for nothing ?I didn't want to deal with it anymore.I went to uhaul to get a quote, and they were very fair in price a few dollars more than eBay. It's a 20$ difference.Payed for labor and didn't have to do it again. I'm glad I went in to get the job done!I had a hitch installed here they did the job nice and clean. I also purchased a ball hitch as well, and the guy helped me fip the ball on it to get it elevated a little more to make my trailer level cleaver idea ? I could have done that but they just took care of it for me with in 5 minutes.3/15/23Thank you guys from uhaul.”
