“I've been going to Nichols service for about 8 years. I feel they've always done excellent work and given me a fair shake.
This time it was brake work, including some calipers frozen up from rust. They could easily have replaced everything, but instead they were able to get the calipers working again, saving me hundreds of dollars.”

“Dunn Tire in Brockport was able to fix an alignment issue on my vehicle that I had for the past 2 years where my steering wheel and tires would shake terribly and pull to the right even after having some new tires put on years ago.
This issue was unable to be resolved from the Kia dealership I bought the vehicle from after nearly 5 alignment attempts at their location.
I am very grateful for their service that has finally resolved my issue that has been driving me crazy for so long. Their workers were very professional and appear to actually know what they are doing.”

“The guys at the Batavia location are amazing!
I got my tires changed about a month ago, the people who changed my tires told me the steering is wobbly because of the brakes, I replaced brakes all the way around and the issue was still there, brought my van to the Batavia Dunn tire and the 2 guys working really took care of me. They were kind and extremely helpful. I really appreciate those guys! Definitely recommend going there for your tire needs!”

“My boyfriend were on the market looking for a second vehicle. We wanted something safe, reliable, and overall an experience with someone who was honest. We went a few places and nothing fit our needs. Often salesmen were pushy or tried to get us into something e we weren’t looking for. However, we stopped at this little dealership (that I didn’t even know existed) and we found the one. A 2010 Subaru Forester from the south. No rust, no big issues, and for a great price. The owner replaced all of the standard things that need replacing on older Subarus and fixed anything that may have been wrong with it when he got it. He was very accommodating and got us on the road in 3 days (we got new tires on it and it fell on a weekend. A few days into driving it, we noticed some smaller issues and they fixed it without any issue at no additional cost to us. We are very pleased with our decision and cannot thank Fastec enough for a great experience! We will definitely come back for mechanics and future cars!
I also want to note that the owner is a Subaru guy- so this car runs like an absolute dream.”
