“5-star service from Tehara! I was transferring a number to Cricket and ran into some problems with accounts/passwords etc. She was very patient and helped me find the info I needed, looking things up online and making calls to tech support, all while assisting other customers who came into the store. She never got impatient or made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time (I was there for about an hour.) Thank you Tehara so much for your help and my sister loves her new phone!”

“Honestly I wish I could give this store 10 stars out of 5! I had been having issues with the "call" function on my phone. Previously I had spent 2 hours in online chat with Cricket Customer Service; after their attempts didn't work, the online folks told me to visit a Cricket store in person. The first Cricket store I went to was not helpful so I came here, and it was like night & day! Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She listened to what was going wrong. She tested some functions herself, swapping SIM cards in different phones. She called Cricket's deeper tech support system herself on the store phone, and worked with me and the tech guy to test and troubleshoot further. This took more than an hour and she never lost patience. They eventually figured out it was a bug in the phone itself (some Samsungs just seem to lack a key update capability), and this allowed me to send the phone back while it was still eligible for return. I am so grateful for their help - and their kindness. Thank you!!!”

“When I was a child, I loved Nintendo! I would play Mario, Contra, and the vast library of games it had to offer. But, now, that's a distant memory, or so I thought; "BattleGrounds" proved otherwise. First off, let me start by say, it was my brother who wanted to come here. Normally, your phone needed a new battery, you scheduled an appointment with Apple and you go.Not anymore, and not for Apples ridiculous prices! Now you can goto Battlegrounds! I knew of this place and been inside once, before the improvements. From the outside, the building looks impressive, with its large banner centered with authority. Inside is equally as impressive. The inside is a throwback to my childhood! Duck hunt guns, Nintendo games and even play station 3's are everywhere. I was also impressed with the tournament arena they had in the back. But after a swooned for a bit, my brother went to the counter for help. The specialist took us right away. He explained that you put down money for the battery and when it gets delivered, you pay them to install it. The process takes about an hour. That's pretty cool and they do it cheaper than Apple. I asked if they door all, game systems, computers and laptops. You name it, they do it, he said. I thought, that's pretty cool. I also asked about the gaming tournaments and he said they don't do them anymore because of COVID. It completely killed the following. That was really sad to hear. So after everything was done my brother and I thanked him and thanked tried to thank his partner. His partner, just looked up, grunted, and went on with his business completely ignoring us. I felt that was rude, but I wasn't going to do anything about it. I mean, I hope he doesn't treat all his customers like that. I definitely like the place, now I know where to go if I want to feel like a child and enjoy myself around all school games.”

“On 3/4/22 I called the store to confirm they had what I was looking for, then showed up at 2:30 and was taken cared by KARINA "thumbs up" Store was clean, service was cordial and pleasant, manager was very friendly and moments later I walked out with a brand new phone. “On off hours..everything in the hot food is old even the hot dogs. During regular hours Slurpees are barely available. Those are main ticket items. The owner, family have always been caring and now staff are improving. Hope it continues to grow.”

“My laptop is getting tired. During an auto-update, my computer locked up and I couldn't fix it. I took it to Geek Squad and the didn't promise me anything. I had to purchase a thumb drive, so that they could try to retrieve the files on the event that it was dead. It took a week, but they called today and told me it was up and running! It's not going to last long, but they got my files for me. I am so grateful for these Geeks!”

“This morning, I walked into the 7-Eleven made my coffee and I lost a $20 bill between my truck and making my coffee the bill was nowhere to be found they gave me a complementary coffee I walked out of the store was sitting in my truck in disbeliefThat I just lost my $20 that I had for the day, one of the workers Sean Glogg and his co worker Big T , Walked out of store and handed me a $20 bill I asked him if he found it on the floor and he said no Sean and big T both took $10 out of their pocket and put it together and gave it back to me, I was in shock these two workers need to be recognized for their kindness please corporate if you read this reach out to your store 245 West Main St.Store number 38 488 And give them the credit they deserve they are great people you hired take care of them thank you”

“Bought an iPhone at Riverhead Target and was very pleased with the tech people who helped me! They were friendly and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me! On 11/21 I was helped by Karizzma and Jeff. On Friday 11/22/19 they further helped me with my new 11 pro and a couple of fit bit type watches and my iPad. Will also was helpful! I wanted to write a comment to the store/manager to compliment these tech people and Will suggested I fill out a card at customer service. They didn't have any comment card there and recommended that I go online to comment. This I tried to no avail! What a terrible, confusing website! Gave up after many tries to simply commend those young tech people on their knowledge and helpfulness! Hopefully someone in management will see this review and also get someone to fix the Target website so customers can more easily give compliments or suggest areas that need improving.”

“I mostly stopped in to this 7-Eleven to use the restroom but after that business was taken care of, I got a drink too. Four stars for being convenient, open and reasonably clean. Thank you. The store is small and so it is a little bit cluttered. They still manage to pack the usual Slushees and hot dogs and convenience items. I got a coffee and scanned the 7-Eleven app on my phone to earn my way towards a free drink. Small parking lot, small store. They do not have a gas station here.
