“Overall, moving from Syracuse, NY to Boston, MA with Delaney Moving & Storage (through United Van Lines) was a positive experience. We were under a pretty tight time crunch due to a job offer with an early start date, and Delaney was quick and courteous to help us with our move. Art did a virtual appraisal/inventory with us, and was kind and warm on the call. He returned quotes with various dates and services at our request, allowing us to chose the package that would work best for us. Cheryl was warm and extremely responsive throughout the process. Our new apartment complex had some very strict rules regarding delivery, which made orchestrating the delivery of our items a bit difficult, but David in Dispatch was extremely helpful.
On the morning of packing up, the movers arrived ahead of schedule, and quickly and efficiently packed up our belongings. They were friendly, and also great with our rescue dog who can be a bit wary of strangers.
Delaney was able to move and deliver our things to Boston the very next morning! We were not there to personally oversee the delivery (my spouse's parents were there to receive our things while we drove to Boston) but according to them, the process was smooth and professional. Some of our items sustained minor cosmetic damage (eg. some cheap plywood furniture is now missing a corner, and some of the items got a bit scuffed) but nothing too terrible.
Delaney/United Van Lines would definitely get our business again in the future: they made a very stressful situation a lot smoother and pleasant than it would have been otherwise, and provided a good professional service.”

I’ve had headache and heartache with different companies, but there’s seamless integration on online booking and that the fact that I did everything through my mobile phone . There mobile platform Literally two or three clicks, and I had a storage unit waiting for me with the Lock . And was moving same day at 9 pm on a Sunday . I opened the Inside with a welcome package , which is very impressive. I’ll be using your company from now on for any of my storage needs. Congrats for getting this right”

“Jessica L was outstanding! she was friendly and welcoming from the start. got my paperwork in order quickly and walked me out to the car loader i was renting. she went over all the details, hooked the trailer up and made sure i was good to go. when i came back she quickly got me checked back in for drop off and was out in less than a few minutes. overall great experience and hope to have her help next time i need a rental!”

“Just had two guys from here deliver some nursery furniture from Wayfair. Everything went smoothly and there were no issues with the delivery. I asked if they could drop the items just inside my front door which they easily accommodated. The two guys were very nice and communicated their arrival about 20 minutes ahead of time which was appreciated.”

“Love love love Store America! Clean units, wonderful staff, completely secure. We (very unfortunately) had to last minute rent a unit at public storage because Store America didn’t have a second one available in the size we needed and we had to store things quick. Public Storage has been an absolute nightmare- Dirty units, (HUGE oil stain upon move in, was told “Well if you want, you can clean it before you put stuff in”, (ummmm, that’s your job), terrible policies, RODENTS, the fence around is also broken in several places so anyone can get in at anytime, just awful awful) store America had taken such good care of us, had something personal happen and was several weeks late on payment. They were patient, and even waved all fees, in doing so I was able to pay an extra month. I recommend 200%., and anyone who I know, who mentions they might need storage, I can’t say enough good things about this place when telling them to come here. Thanks guys!”
