Delaney’s price was better than their local competition and the move was flawless, on time and took out the extreme pressure and frustration that accompanies relocating. Jake and Carl, the movers, are true professionals. Our furniture is large, heavy and expensive. It arrived at our new home in perfect condition, without a scratch or blemish on anything. “BC storage is one of the best storage unit companies I’ve ever had the opportunity and privileged to use. When it comes to moving and storing needs. after moving five or six times throughout the years. I’ve had headache and heartache with different companies, but there’s seamless integration on online booking and that the fact that I did everything through my mobile phone . There mobile platform Literally two or three clicks, and I had a storage unit waiting for me with the Lock . And was moving same day at 9 pm on a Sunday . I opened the Inside with a welcome package , which is very impressive. I’ll be using your company from now on for any of my storage needs. Congrats for getting this right”

“B&C storage accommodated us promptly by allowing us to downsize when we rented too large a unit. Entry through the gate and into the individual wings is so easy. Our unit(s) were spotless. Items supplied like the door jam to prop the outer door and the large cart to move belongings made moving in seamless. Excellent communication and immediate occupancy were so helpful.”
“they have been easy to deal with even when we wanted to move sites (our choice). they can auto pay the rent which I wanted for ease. I would definitely recommend this site if you have an RV or large vehicle to store. the lots are paved and well maintained. they have cameras for security and each person has a code so they know who accesses the facility.”

We are from the west coast and our daughter is at SU. Needed a storage unit for the summer. They could not have been more accommodating. Easy to set up and then when we moved out I forgot to call them to let them know and they called my 2 days later to say they found our unit unlocked and empty and wanted to confirm they should close it out. Amazing!
We have rented units a for our boys at their respective schools and they were both much more challenging.

“Had bed delivered and a couple walls got damaged during delivery. The guys apologized and filled out accident form. I called and then sent pictures to Barb, she advised to get estimates amd submit. I ended having to fix it myself due to wait time for repairs. They paid for all.my supplies and some money was added for my time. Accidents happen and they made it right Thank You!”
“Love love love Store America! Clean units, wonderful staff, completely secure. We (very unfortunately) had to last minute rent a unit at public storage because Store America didn’t have a second one available in the size we needed and we had to store things quick. Public Storage has been an absolute nightmare- Dirty units, (HUGE oil stain upon move in, was told “Well if you want, you can clean it before you put stuff in”, (ummmm, that’s your job), terrible policies, RODENTS, the fence around is also broken in several places so anyone can get in at anytime, just awful awful) store America had taken such good care of us, had something personal happen and was several weeks late on payment. They were patient, and even waved all fees, in doing so I was able to pay an extra month. I recommend 200%., and anyone who I know, who mentions they might need storage, I can’t say enough good things about this place when telling them to come here. Thanks guys!”
