I couldn't be there so my daughter was waiting, she took a nap and didn't hear the doorbell, most delivery services would have left, but the gentleman called me, twice because I didn't answer the first call, and he waited for me to call home to let her know they were there. “I came into UPS with an Amazon return and no knowledge of the process. Izzy was amazing. She immediately said , “I can walk you through this, it is easy.” It is a different language for me and I was nervous, but she persevered doing most of the steps herself. The entire time she was helping me there was a steady stream of customers who were totally prepared. She greeted each person, helped them immediately while still helping me. “I am old and somewhat handicapped… at this store 1/3/24 approx 1:50 pm and employee named Makenna was very very helpful to me by helping me figure out QR code and getting label for one parcel.. the second parcel i asked if they had a small cart to bring in pkg, she offered and helped me get the pkg out of my vehicle, and again helped me with the QR code/label…. Very polite and very helpful, i hope she gets recognized for her excellent customer service!!!”

“This is a small PO, and the hours are somewhat limited. But unlike many larger offices, there's almost never any line, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful! It makes a huge difference to interact with employees who are not only knowledgeable and capable, but also personable, attentive, welcoming, and not stressed out. They've made it easy to mail packages, receive packages, process mail holds, and deal with plow-smashed mailboxes. I actually enjoy stopping by this USPS location.”

“Edit: Cassie was great and super helpful. She truly cares about her job and making a good name for the Post Office, more people should be like herI went to get my passport during the hours that are posted on the usps website. I was then told the walk in hours are different which were only posted on a small sign inside the post office. The woman who told me this was less than accommodating and told me I would have to make an appointment (which does not work on the website) or come back during walk in hours another time. The funny thing is that there was not other customers in the post office at the time. They could have easily fit me in as there was no one else waiting for any other service there.”

“On Sunday April 3rd I was looking for a business card service to create a card for my various jobs and hobbies. There is a great number business card suppliers online, but my solution was found a half mile away at my local STAPLES. Staples offers an amazing array of cards for every type of business and need. These also come at a very reasonable cost. Where Staples created the need for me to write a Yelp! is how their customer service was far exceeding many of the businesses I wrote about. Ordered on Sunday night, I picked up my cards (hopefully my picture will come out on this Yelp!) that we're able to represent the different ventures I pursue. Jessie, the Print and Marketing Supervisor put together my order. She thoroughly checked every card and threw in a few extra for my wait. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable in her working with me. On a return visit, I met Ruth. An incredibly helpful and friendly cashier who told me about future sales for teachers and upon request, gave me the directions on how to complete a survey for them. I missed it by one day unfortunately. What was amazing about Ruth and this organization is that Ruth uses a walker to sit on and to get around with the wheels. This tells me that Staples hires diversity and recognizes hard work not disabilities. Finally, I have always loved this store and the various teacher solutions and technology solutions that is provides. Do Salatino, the general manager, runs a good ship, helping employees, shoppers and businesses meet their needs.”

“Quick service! Humble Staff! Very helpful to everyone. The elders get the most attention needed and I have always seen them leaving the facility satisfied.Not really crowded on an average basis, so plenty of a parking space. For those who don't know, you can get a money order here with your Debit card with a minimal Govt authorized charge, much probably like any other USPS, but I have used these services here in this particular facility for a long time and I never have been stumped yet.So, even if it's a few minutes long route, you can get your things done here faster and RIGHT!”

“I had my wedding table numbers and seating chart printed here and there were no options for the sizes that I needed so they needed to be cut down to size. Al helped me figure out the best way to go about trimming them so that they were all even. They needed to be trimmed on all sides which made it more difficult and even though I said not to worry if it was too difficult and that I would just take them as is, Al took the time to do exactly what I needed and they came out perfect! I have also had great experience with my amazon returns here! The man that is usually doing the returns is very nice and helpful! Their print center is fast and I would highly recommend!”
