“Delivery came on time and the drivers placed the items where I requested. They were kind and professional making sure I received everything I ordered. One box had a small rip but he opened it there to make sure there were no scratches. I like the app they use. You can see where the truck is on a map and they let you know when they are almost there as well. I would definitely use this service again and recommend using them.”

I was returning an Amazon package and she helped me in securing the package, helped me in finding the correct procedures but most important, I left my phone at the store. When I went back she had secured the phone in a drawer out of site and access should she not be at the front desk. When I came to get stamps for Christmas cards, she helped me stamp them because I had so many. Small gestures like that make a huge difference for me. Thank you for such great service!”

“The store had a calm atmosphere for me while I walked the aisles to get the items I wanted to purchase. Happily, the calendars were clearly visible right up front, and that was one of my key reasons for going to Staples, for the two-year pocket calendars. One item I couldn't find, so I asked an associate to help. I mentioned all the items I was seeking, so he actually walked me to all of them! The reason for four stars instead of five is because I did have some trouble finding an associate who wasn't busy. At checkout, I mentioned emails from Staples saying I had $5 in rewards available, and the cashier easily applied that to my purchase, so that made me happy!”
