I am constantly going to this FedEx location to print my shipping labels or mail my packages off and every need I have is always met with such an attention to detail, genuine care, and exceptional service. We ended up being helped quickly while having a very delightful conversation with two of the most polite, kind and helpful post office workers I have ever encountered! I had to make multiple copies of over 200 pages of documents and get it to post today. While mango g other customer she stated on top of ensuring the copier was full and working properly.
The copiers are really fast too! Black and white copies are priced lower than FedEx peer competitors.

“The employees here are saints. Whenever I’ve gone to this location, there is at least one customer screaming about something they had absolutely no control over (as if stamp prices nationwide are set by the employees in Syracuse). Still, the workers here are professional and patient with them.”
“I have nothing really negative to say. The people working there were quick, accurate and very pleasant. More pleasant than most clerks around the holidays. That building is starting to really show its age, though. Overall, a decent visit!”

“I’m not sure why people post 1/5 reviews about the general USPS service.
I went to this branch on a random Tuesday morning and it was downright peaceful and pleasant. The lady that served me was friendly, helpful, and efficient.”
“I'm glad this post office was here because I needed to drop off some postcards. The only drawback was that they open too late in the morning. Some of us have to get to work in the morning so their hours are not too convenient for everyone.”

“The James st branch isn't the most convenient for me to go to, but it's my #1 choice regardless. We'll worth a few minutes extra drive. Employees are great, knowledgeable and very helpful. On street parking in front, with decent room for multiple vehicles”
