“I came in with a very specific problem on my PC after getting scammed on Steam. Matt seemed confident he was able to address the issue and take care of it, and he did. Very appreciative of his service. I highly recommend taking your PC or Mac there if you're having any issues. You won't be disappointed!”
“I went to this store 4/25/26 and had the pleasure of working with Dom. He was knowledgeable, professional and had excellent customer service skills. Great customer service is so hard to find these days, it was refreshing.”
“Shout out to Adrien who provided my family with exceptional and patient service. My wife relies on her phone for some aspects of her job and of course it holds many important photos from our life. He helped replace the damaged phone, transfer the data and provided great insight into future protections and new features since my wife's phone was replaced with a newer model. I look forward to giving him more business.”
“Dylan did an excellent job during my return of equipment. He was thorough, made sure I kept my receipt, suggested I take a picture of it in case I lose the paper. And he was very personable.”

“The sales rep, Brandon M., was awesome! He was very friendly, helpful, professional, and really cared about my needs. He made sure everything on my account was accurate, that I wasn't overpaying for things I didn't need, and educated me on the great promotions I qualified for, helping me save time & money. He made the entire interaction pretty quick, painless, and fun. Rare for a cellphone store. Go see Brandon!”
