“Best Buys are good everywhere, but the Victor, NY store is a very special place. When I had to go to the Henrietta store, after having been to the Victor store many times, that is when I noticed the difference. At Victor you are treated as family, not merely as a consumer. Yes, all Best Buy personal are knowledgable, but at Victor they were willing to spend as much time with you as needed or desired. At Henrietta, I would have had to have paid $40 for a phone set up, at Victor they did it for free, not just once, but as many times as I needed it. Their Geek Squad and staff were totally at my disposable as if I was the only customer in the store. At Victor their entire staff genuinely cared about their customers and making sure they were completely satisfied when they left. Whoever is managing the Victor store must be on a personal crusade to provide excellent service to all of their customers. I must say, I rarely have experienced anything like this in my shopping experiences.”

This young man Ryan C helped me with multiple problems that were high level for me regarding my bank and getting back into it and deleting old information from Google for me. He wouldn't quit until he solved all my problems which only took 10 minutes believe it or not! He was stellar. He deserves a raise and a promotion. I will definitely be coming back for this excellent service.”

I wish I remembered the name of the 3 other employees who helped me and my dad. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The store was very busy but it didn’t slow them down.
