About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental at the Carle Place location offers a straightforward and positive rental experience. The online reservation process is simple, and cars are typically ready, immaculately clean, and available in a good choice of vehicles. The representatives are frequently described as outstanding, extremely pleasant, very helpful, the sweetest, and the best, providing great service that gets customers on their way quickly. The branch is open seven days a week and allows for convenient key-drop at the front desk of the adjoining hotel after hours. While the specific Carle Place location receives high praise, other branches may have limited car availability. The only noted downside for some is accessing the rental cars via a steep hill into a dark underground parking garage. Overall, it is considered the easiest rental car place on Long Island, with decent pricing and service that encourages customers to return.

Ms. Shirley and Amidi were very helpful and made sure I received a car. Ms Shirley is calm and professional as well as Amidi.

Check out and check in was quick, easy, and hassle free. The place is hidden on the bottom level of the holiday in and the entrance is behind the holiday in. I would definitely come here to rent a car again !!

I have been renting with this location for about 6 years and they are always courteous, accommodating and hospitable. Amidi is the man to go see! He will take great care of you!
