“We had a great experience at this Avis location this morning. We were helped by Amidi who was awesome, and although they were busy and he seemed to be the only rep there at the time we were helped really quickly and the entire pick-up and return process was super smooth and easy.
The car we received was also much nicer than what we had booked/expected which was another plus. We rent cars monthly and generally prefer Avis but this was our first time at the Holiday Inn location. This will definitely be our go-to location in the Long Island/Queens area going forward. Highly recommend!”

“I rented a Jeep Wagoner L. The vehicle was beautiful but I ran into some issues. 2 hours stuck on the road, 2 hours at the tow place. A lot of communication. At the end of the day Enterprise did the right thing. They refunded me for the towing which was $535! And they dropped the fee for the vehicle. It restores faith, shows just how reputable this company is.”
