“I recently visited Roslyn Kosher Food and had the best experience. The pullets that I bought were the best and most of all, everyone is so very accommodating. I asked Emily for a special request, and she graciously said it would not be a problem. The chickens were so clean and so fresh!. I also picked up some fresh chick pea salad. “I came here for fresh meats based off a recommendation from a friend and now I can't live without this place! I ordered a pork shoulder (pernil) and asked them to season it. They season it soooo well that my Latino friends think I made it. The fresh scent of seasonings permeated through my car on the ride home, and that's when I knew I would be a returning customer! Thus, all you have to do it pop it in the oven! Ive also had their marinated chicken (raw) and I just cooked it in the air fryer. If you are looking for a quality butcher and are "street savy" enough to go to Hempstead, this is the place. They also sell oxtails, ribs, pig feet (if that's what you are into) and fresh thick bacon.”
