“I must say that this is one of your best locations regarding customer service hands down! I’ve never had an issue except for one time in this location. And even when I did Tricia has always been around to settle the matter. If she isn’t a manager, she should be made one! She does everything under the sun to make sure the facility runs well. But I can also say the same thing about Jose! He is extremely thorough! He always go through my account to see if he can save me money! He’s extremely knowledgeable about the companies products and I know I can trust him.
This is a thank you to the both of them for always helping me when I need help! Thank you both!!!

He helped us select two phones, transferred all the data from the old ones, set all the appropriate buttons, got us the appropriate charges, screens and phone protectors, etc — all in less than 30 minutes. He answered all the questions we had and was very patient with me and my wife. We are elderly and not that tech saavy so we really appreciated his patience. Maria was so patient and knowledgeable with everything from choosing the best phones for my kids, to which discounts I should be using to get the best plan prices. She took care of everything that day and helped me with any questions I had after I received the phones and began setting them up. If the issue can be fixed while you wait, they will complete your repair. I am very impressed when I happen to be inside the store waiting and other customers come in with complicated problems.
